Our sessions are collaborative and personalized. Depending on your needs, I integrate approaches like:

CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Expressive Arts Therapy, the Gottman Method, Person-Centered Therapy, Mindfulness & Meditation, Emotional Intelligence Skills, Psychoeducation, Positive Psychology, Love Languages, Social Skills Coaching, Grief Work, and Positive Parenting tools.

Together, we’ll uncover your innate wisdom, release limiting beliefs, and begin healing from unresolved pain.

I also offer specialized support for parents of neurodiverse children, helping you navigate the unique challenges—and the beauty—of parenting in this context.

Out of Network Reimbursements

Out-of-network benefits for therapy reimburse on average 70% of the session cost, allowing the client to recoup a large portion of the therapist’s full fee when the client pays Private Pay.

How it works:  I provide you with a Superbill after the session is over.  You pay the session fee at time of service.  You submit the superbill to your insurance company.  As long as you have out of network coverage, you will most likely be reimbursed around 70%.

Your out of pocket                                  =  $51
